The process includes automatic positioning of all tools (feeders, cutting knives, creasing wheels), with the option to expand with perforation tools, a gluing module, and flexographic printing in the 300 × 500 mm format.

Servo drives and automatic tool positioning enable rapid format changes and uninterrupted operation. The operator uses a touch-screen interface to enter basic parameters, while the system automatically positions the tools.

Its modular design allows for easy system expansion with additional functions such as automatic pallet stacking, HHS gluing system, or a printing unit.
